Beauty net Korea Haul number 2

I have talked about Beauty net Korea before, there are a Korean based website that ships  Korean beauty products cosmetics and skincare all over the world. They offer free shipping and EMS shipping for $2.99. I should just paying for the EMs it's a much faster delivery. They offer many popular brands such as secret key, etude house, Mizon, tony moly and more. Everything comes safely packaged with bubble wrap and is neatly placed.

The story and what I got.
•I was in the market for a new toner something that wasn't too harsh on my skin. so I turn to Tony Moly, I went to the store in Manhattan, due to the rudeness of a particular worker I decided to not buy in store. so I looked up Tony Moly toners and found a lot of people recommending, TonyMoly "Floria Nutra energy toner". This contains 80ml it's supposed to be infused with argan oil. This is supposed to be very gentle toner that will moisturize make the skin feel energized. This was on sale  for $8.99. I really do like the packaging which is and beige base with a rose gold top it also comes with a pump which is super awesome. it is highly moisturizing and does smell like flowers.
• the next thing I got was a Holika Holika "Daily Garden Lemon Cleansing Foam". This contains 120ml and cost $6.99. I have currently been interested in trying Holika Holika products not only because of its fun name, but because many people have been talking about this. this is a very thick lemony smelling, very foamy cleanser. I have yet to try it but from what I can tell it can be a little stripping for the skin.
• the last things I received or two for one deal of $12.87. I received a "multi-functional Formula all in one Snail Repair Cream" by Mizon. Contains 35ml, I have heard many good things about the Mizon line. but never truly tried it. So this is a perfect on the go I think it's supposed to be a moisturizer and essence containing 92% snail extract for the skin. And I think this is a good product only thing I wish it had a SPF on it so it'll really be an all in one product. This is a liquid gel consistency its not super runny but its not extremely thick. It doesn't have any specials smell to it is just a normal moisturizer. and the last item in the 2 for 1 is " collagen power firming eye cream" also by Mizon. Contains 10 ml, Now this is a very jelly product that is extremely thick. It does have a slight scent to it but I do enjoy it. I cannot wait to put this to use.
• I also gave a repurchase of some skin food royal honey nutrition essence anti-wrinkle effect. I do like this and I do use this on the go. I got 20 samples for $4.00 and I told them I like to keep them in my bookbag in my gym bag and purse.
Samples I received
• TonyMoly panda's dream eyepatch
•4 I'm real avocado rich cream by Tony Moly
•4 banana hand milk by Tony Moly
• 2 Tony Moly Floria brightening peeling gel
• 1 Tony Moly panda's dream white magic cream

3B - Beauty beyond borders

Hello everybody and I have a new subscription for all of you. we all know the more common asian subscription boxes such as Beauteque and Memebox.  But a more affordable subscription box is the 3b box which stands for beauty beyond borders Asian beauty/ skincare  products in America. It is $12 a month cancel anytime. They offer 4-5 sample size or full size products. This is my first box, which I received within 3 days even though there was a tweet list of two months to even be able to subscribe.  All the instructions in English are on the card because these products tend not to have English instructions.
In this box I received :
- a skin food false lashes
These are very pretty eyelashes they are crisscross, very long and it has the glue inside. I am very familiar with skin food this is a very nice and popular brand.
-TonyMoly lovely eyebrow pencil in brown
Once again everyone knows Tony Moly if you read any of my blogs, this is a light medium brown it doesn't pull too red. In a very sleek looking pencil with a nice tip that isn't too thin and has a strange bristle brow com does super soft very unlike the ones I'm used to. But it does give a very natural look.
-Etude house baking powder BB deep cleansing foam (sample size)
This is another common Korean brand this deep cleansing foam smells like a oranges and a gritty texture. 3b claims this is a popular gentle cleanser that is formulated with baking powder to exfoliate and deeply cleanse the skin. it helps remove makeup dirt and excess sebum to keep the skin smooth and clear. To you apply a small amount onto wet face  after lathering it up and gently massage on to face then rinse with warm water.
-TonyMoly tangerine whitening hand cream.
When I saw the screen I was amazed by how cute it was but terrified the tangerine / orange smell that it would give off. But to my surprise the smell wore off within a couple of minutes. It has a nice thick consistency and a slightly yellow tint. the smell also remind me of my childhood orange juice that they give you in elementary school. I don't know why but it just smells like it lol.
Overall I'm really impressed with this. The sample sizes were very good even bigger than my Birchbox. TonyMoly lovely eyebrow pencil is so cute and so useful and will get a lot of things out of that, the tangerine hand cream is definitely going to go into my purse and the eyelashes I will give it a try but I'm not a big fan of them in general. Overall this box is definitely worth what I paid for and the shipping was very fast so I will continue to repurchase this box.

Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua

Chanel ultra light skin perfecting sunscreen makeup broad spectrum SPF 15 in 30 beige.
$47 USD for 30 ml.
I Acquired this sample through a magazine. And I was able to get three uses out of it.
  CLaims
The tiniest drop of this new hybrid fluid creates a fresh, natural complexion. Skin looks refined and feels refreshed, creating an exquisite makeup experience. The fluid formula has a soft, water-light texture, and comes in 10 shades that match perfectly to skin's undertones, whether pink or beige. Dermatologist-tested. Noncomedogenic. Oil- free.

My experience:
This is super lightweight and I mean incredibly lightweight foundation with sheer to buildable coverage. It has a very beautiful, with light reflecting properties that gives a luminous glow from within. It makes the skin look even, but covering redness. It doesn't clog pores due to its light texture. and it has a very high amount of SPF.
On the Con sided they don't have many colors. Due to some old reason they only have light to medium tan. This also have a very strong rose fragrance that can be irritating as well the high amount of alcohol. if you have dry skin this could separate on your skin if you don't moisturize  before hand. It is mainly meant for normal to oily skin.
I do like it because of its effect, but I don't like the price,But I a big fan of the very Rosie smel. Its not a bad product I just think it's overpriced and if you want the same effect you can probably just use a tinted moisturizer with a good primer and last just as long. But if you're high and person who enjoys using name brand stuff this isn't a bad choice.

Anyway this reminds me a lot of Korean BB/CC creams. They have a very brightening effect with a focus on skin tone evening. they are very light weight but have strong flashbacks in photography.

Sally hansen airbrush legs

This product can you find the drugstore anywhere from $9.99 to $16.99 with 118ml. The concept is really interesting. There are two types of containers you can use, the aerosol can or the liquid. As well as 3 shades in light, tan, and dark.
This product clean that is smooth on perfect legs in an instant. on leg makeup stays fresh and natural looking all day. Cover freckles, beans and imperfections its a light weight formula is water transfer resistant.

What I can tell you but this product is that its actually does help cover imperfections and provide a uniform color on the legs. It does help cover some of the things in my legs as well as previous scarring. it contains a very foundation-y smell, and the liquid is very easy to move around but the aerosol can be a little bit messier and can clog up the spray.
This is a no way water resistant. and you have to wait until minimum of 5 minutes before sitting down anything to make sure that the color is not going to transfer.  This also doesn't correct the color of knee, it only unify a little bit more to the rest of your skin. But the color does give me a very nice tan Photoshop look.
This last anywhere up to 8 hours of wear if you're not sweating much or jumping in a pool. This is a good alternative for me at least when it's too hot to wear stockings, or long pants. I do have leg scarring due to my allergic reaction to Mosquitoes bites. But this and self-tanning allow me to feel confident with my legs.

But I can see how it wouldn't work on everyone. The bronze tan one has a very orangy undertone. But if you mix it with a green corrector it would definitely turn it into a Brown that suits your skin tone. And if you don't need very heavy coverage you can mix with moisturizer for a more natural look. Basically like it's like foundation for your body, which is a very good idea. But if you're looking for something more specific to skin tone or something M.A.C also offers a face and body foundation that way you have one but you can use for multiple purposes if you don't feel like wasting a good foundation. But if it doesn't bother you, you can use any regular foundation on your body just sheer that with a moisturizer so it can last a little longer. I suggest using a matte foundation, and any Luminizer if you desire but a matte foundation will definitely last longer.

Magic Cochon Collagen Jelly Pack

Collagen is a key word for many in skin care items but what really is it?
Collagen is a type of fat that helps skin and hair. It’s actually protein and with our skin alone we have 25 different typed of proteins/ collagens that make up 90% of our skin composition.  What it does it retain moisture and promotes new cell formation. Which in turn leads to brighter healthier skin. The main cause of aging is the decrease of new production of collagen, and without it the skin can’t renew itself making skin dull and dry which make sunspots and wrinkles. This also can cause sagging because the lack of retained moisture that causes skin to lose its elasticity. So needless to say collagen is extremely important in a good skincare routine.

It has no real negative side effects because our body produce such a large verity of this compound that we can intake any collagen. The best way to use this is after a clean exfoliated face it, (it shouldn’t need to be washed off) followed by a moisturizer and sfp. You should see results within 3-4 weeks if used daily.

So I was trolling around imomoko.com when I found something very interesting called a Collagen pack. Its full name is Magie Choncon Collagen jelly pack, this is imomokos in-house brand.

The cost is $14 and sometimes they will have buy one get one free promotion

Magic Cochon Collagen Jelly Pack Claims:
*Whiten
*Shrink Pores
*Moisturizing
*Brighten

So seeing this I couldn’t help my curiosity and I order one. The packaging is so cute it looks like a little old fashion jar with a pink lid and a pig design on the front. I was a little afraid the this was going to smell like a pig but I was amazingly surprised by the sweet smell of grape jelly but not impressed with its light brown beige color and the weird jelly texture. So I started to shake the product (because if it does contain high amounts of collagen it will come back together in a matter of seconds and it did.) From the\n on I placed it on face after washing it had a nice transformation into a liquid as soon as I began to massage it into my face. In less than a minute it had fully absorbed.

After 7 weeks of using this twice a day I can never imagine not having this is part of my everyday routine. It gives me a little bit of moisture but it'll still calm down my skin after exfoliation. I loved it so much that I actually bought two backups of it. It's actually a very fun part of my routine.

One thing I know is that it’s really doing for my skin is bringing back the bounce. I've noticed that my skin is more resilient to pulling and tugging.  I also noticed a fading in the lines around my eyes. The most extreme difference is on the lines around my neck. They have really faded and it's become smooth and soft again. They are still there but they are not as evident as they use to be. I really noticed that within 2 months. There is a brightness that comes from the hydration but not much pore minimizing.

All in all I would recommend this to anyone ages 15 to 35. I say 15 because it’s good to start young to prevent things and 20-30 is when you really need to be careful. After 30 start entering into stronger things you can still use this but alongside product that would benefit your particular problem areas .

* p.s I'm sorry for taking so long to post but now I am dne with finals and ready to continue posting.

First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream Review

First aid beauty is a well-known brand in Sephora, but the most famous product is the Ultra Repair cream. This has somewhat of a cult following it. It’s said to good for people with eczema and very dry skin.
What the company says,

This quick-absorbing Ultra Repair Cream is recommended for anyone with severely dry, scaly skin due to harsh winter weather, aggressive cosmetic treatments, or any of the following conditions: atopic dermatitis, irritant eczema, allergic eczema, and keratosis pilaris. With the help of colloidal oatmeal, shea butter, soothing eucalyptus oil, and ceramides, its luxurious, ultra-hydrating formula provides immediate relief and visible improvement for distressed skin. The FAB Antioxidant Booster—comprised of licorice root, feverfew, and white tea—defends skin from free radical damage. Great for all skin types especially dry, irritated skin, it leaves skin smooth, hydrated, and comfortable.

I have bought this cream twice the first time I noticed how thick the consistency was but I said so many people like it, it must be good. Well my first time applying it I noticed it sort of felt like a paste, I previously washed my faced and applied this and left it on overnight. The next morning my skin felt like there was a film over it. After 3 nights and 2 days I saw random bumps rise on my face in areas I don’t usually get them like my forehead and chin. So I gave it to my cousin, for her oily skin it worked nicely.

So I repurchased this again 3 months later thinking perhaps I had just gotten one that wasn’t on point. So I tried it again and it still had a waxy feeling, it wasn’t super hydrating, so I tried it after exfoliating and it began to irritate my skin. It clogged my pores. So I turned to using it on my body after self-tanning, and it wasn’t bad. It helped seal in my tan and give my legs a shiny appearance. But I wouldn’t use this on my face.

I think one of the most interesting things about this product is that it doesn’t have a scent and you can get a 1 oz sample for $6 USD.

Forever21 and H&M Summer clothing haul

I don't really buy a lot of clothing but since the summer started to arrive and it's been hitting 80 degrees it's around time for me to start getting some summer ready outfit that are easy and lightweight and a no brainer. I do tend to shop at forever 21 because I have a lot of sizes extra small to 4xl which honestly I love, I love that they have all kinds of sizes as well as H & M. but HM can be harder because they have a limited amount of clothing in different sizes while Wilson one tends to have a lot of different options. plus the clothing is affordable and they tend to last me a very long time the only problem with photo forever 21 is that the sizes can be a little off and really have to try them on to see what fits you best. attentive range from a medium to large depending on the item but I tend to go for it extra large the most. In its number I could just be a size 8 through 10 hardly a 12 but sometimes it happens.
At H&M
- I bought a basic black dress, just stretchy with spaghetti straps for 12.95
-My first romper, Narrow, adjustable shoulder straps, bodice with wrap-style front and back sections, and elasticized seam at waist.  All for 17.95.  I thought it was good for a very nice event or just try to be a little fashionable. I think that the fun peace that I wouldn't actually wear but as fun as an option try to get more into easy to wear things specifically for the heat and humidity that's bound to hit.
-And to go with both items I bought a waist belt just a plain black one with a gold clip. I thought its height and both outfit and only $6.95.
I wasn't super into Denny anything fancy but I thought it was a good buy.
In forever 21
- "Chevron-Striped Maxi Dress" a long blue dress in large. This just was floor length with a V neck line with spaghetti straps, it's  light and flow-y with multiple shades of blue and on slit on the left side that reaches the knees. This was 12.90

Whish body butter in blueberry

I received this sample in a Birchbox , I had previously tried their shaving cream and I have really enjoyed it. So given the chance to try the body butter I was very happy.
The company says that it's a moisturizing organic shea butter, Organic raspberry butter, organic aloe and firms with organic seaweed extract and purifies with organic rice bran oil.
At first opening, I was not impress. it was the smell. It reminded me of artificial blueberry yogurt. But I can look past it, it wasn't too bad. when is it I noticed that it's white consistency on the skin because it turned into a waxy film which made my legs look very nice but I wasn't a fan of feeling like I haveing wax paper for skin.
So it magically became a shaving cream which I really did like. It didn't let the razor irritate my skin but the smell didn't stick in my bathroom after I used my body wash. As a body butter it was a fail but as a shaving cream it was ok

Clean and Clear continuous control acne cleanser

Clean and clear continuous control acne cleanser 10% benzoyl peroxide acne medication the daily formula is on a 141 grams or 5 ounces. Can be found from anywhere from $6 to $9. I first heard of this to a friend of mine when I'm breaking out. Same to use it every once in awhile. And I found it to be very refreshing.
The company says what face in a massage overseas twenty two thirty seconds. Rinse thoroughly then pat dry. Because excess drying of the skin may occur, start with 1 application daily, then gradually increase to 2 times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor.  Is peeling or irritation starts to occur, use once day or every other day and use sunscreen . If irritation, sensitivity,  continues stop using both product and talk to a doctor.
My experience, I personally enjoy it. when the time of the month comes around, this is the best thing I could use for my skin. You need barely any time to use this it is very fast and active. The only thing is if you use over a certain amount of time it will cause irritation such as redness.
It has a thick white consistency smells like peppermint with extra mint.
I don't use this everyday because I consider to be a little too harsh for my skin. when I did have oily skin with acne I did use this regularly in the morning. I want my skin regulate itself I did not use it because it would be a little drying.  I thought it was halfway done around 6 months ago but apparently it wasn't and I just finished it after almost a year.

My Beauty Diary Black Pearl mask

We all know that my baby diary is very affordable sheet mask mind but one of my favorite ones is the Black Pearl mask its a whitening and nourishing mask.
What the company says:
complex essence is extracted from shimmering black pearls which contain beautification ingredient, Revitalizes and hydrates, For normal skin, recommended for lackluster and dull skin.
this comes in a very beautiful black packet, what the sheet mask under a sheet protectant. it is super liquidy.  One problem I do by with the mask is at the I holes are quite small oh my almond eyes so I do cut them at the end of a tiny bit so my eyes fit perfectly. And it does have a little excessive on the forehead and I do have a smaller car than most people I don't pay attention to it.
What I notice is it does for me this is a very calming mask and really leaving skin feeling refreshed. I also notice it does help me with my acne even though it's supposed to be doing that. all that moisture helps draw out the impurities in my pores. Please like my skin cool and calm and takes away the redness. It also reduces the appearance of tired swollen eyes. don't know if it helps whiten but it does brighten the skin very nicely and it tingles a tiny bit.
A great trick I learned to get your skin looking beautiful and radiant is using a sheet mask the night before. So 17 minutes before going to sleep use a sheet mask rub some of the liquid down your neck and once 15 minutes pass apply a sleeping pack to seal in all those benefits for the next day.
This is super affordable can you can get a pack of 10 for $13 essentially making each one $1.30.
